Colin Alexander

Colin Alexander was born last Monday, November 23rd. It was a smooth delivery (after a long wait to get into the operating room - everybody was delivering before Thanksgiving!) - he's healthy and there was no drama. He was 8 pounds 5 ounces, 21.75 inches. We went home on Thanksgiving, and we've all been adjusting to new schedules and life with four kiddos. Colin is such a sweet baby, and so good. We are really enjoying him! Natalie, Owen, and Henry are all excited about him, but especially Owen. He is very interested in Colin's whereabouts at all times, and he always wants to kiss him, rub him, and talk to him. Henry wasn't so sure about Colin at first, but he's very sweet and gives him little rubs and kisses (when I let him close enough!). We've had some other stuff going on too - Natalie has had a few birthday parties and she and Ike went to her kindergarten campout the weekend before Colin was born. Although the rain kept them from overnight camping, they went for the day activities and had a great time. Owen and Henry also had their Thanksgiving pow wows, and I enjoyed their Native American head gear. I've also included pictures from the Halloween carnival at Esperanza. Nat, Owen, and Henry all enjoyed themselves, and the school really outdid themselves this year! Today it is snowing - two years in a row in Houston! That is something!! I'll try to take some pictures and post them later.
