Anniversary Celebration

We had a really nice trip to Florida to celebrate my parents' 40th wedding anniversary. It was a quick trip, but we had fun. We flew down on Friday evening, and we spent two nights at Ft. Myers Beach. The weather was gorgeous, and we were able to play in the sand, go in the Gulf, look for shells, swim in the pool (Nat and Owen showed off their swimming skills!), and we even went jet-skiing. Natalie rode with me and Owen rode with Ike - I tried to get Henry to go for a ride, but he ran when he saw me coming in to the shore for him. Maybe next time....Natalie and I saw a group of nurse sharks eating something (Nat was a bit scared of falling off after that), and Ike and Owen spotted a dolphin near them. Ike and Brian had a good time playing shuffle board - they played quite a few games. It was a great time. And it was really good to see Karen and Brian. Happy 40 years Mom and Dad!
